    Realtors - 5 Easy Steps for Stuffing Your Prospecting Pipeline in 14 Days

    I am about to show you a proven technique that literally stuffs my email with prospects. As a matter of fact - I consider this to be my best performing prospecting tool EVER. I am so confident that it works that I am willing to guarantee its success (more on that in a little bit)

    Here are the steps to stuffing your Prospecting Pipeline (put away your wallet - this is an article not an ad - and these methods require no-money)

    Step 1: Gather Your Listings Get your "once-in-a-lifetime" listings and your "eye-sore" listings. We are gonna find prospects for all of them. Lay them out on the table. Now fire up your word processor.

    Step 2: Kick 'it Up A Notch Write an emotionally-charged "Listing Story" for each listing. This "Listing Story" doesn't have to be long (4 sentences will do) - but it must be exciting to read. You want each of these stories to create a picture in the mind of your prospects. Give them a chance to dream. Don't even think about re-using your newspaper listing - you must write a new listing.

    Here's an example. You will fall in love with this 4 bedroom ranch home. This beautiful heart-stopper features a completely remodeled kitchen, cozy family room, wood-burning fireplace, and sun-loving bay windows. With convenient amenties like a first floor laundry and bonuses like a finished basement and attached 2 car garage - you can't help but fall in love!

    Step 3: Get Ready Now set-up an email account. If your brokerage provides you with an email address - go ahead and use that one. Don't use a free one (hotmail, yahoo), most people's email spam filters will automatically delete your email!

    Step 4: Get Set Now put this line in absolutely everything that carries your name - "Get Detailed Info - send blank email to youremail@emailaddress"

    Now my fictitional ad reads: You will fall in love with this 4 bedroom ranch home.     Step 5: Go! Watch your email get flooded with prospects. Turn up the volume on your computer so you can hear the emails come in!
